We are looking for a full-time Service Advisor to join our team Our Service Advisors work 45 hours per week 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday, with weekends off.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Greet, and provide excellent customer service to customers
  • Use extensive knowledge of car parts and service to ensure customers’ needs are met
  • Communicate effectively with customers and mechanics
  • Use organization skills to schedule service appointments
  • Use computer proficiently for searching parts using online catalogues, as well as using our ERP system for customer invoicing
  • Accept payments via cash or card
  • Manage multiple customers and work orders
  • Be a team player to deliver the best service to our customers

Your Capabilities and Credentials

  • Minimum of 2 years automotive service experience
  • Good interpersonal/communication skills and be comfortable talking on the phone
  • Proficient in computer operation including Microsoft Office suite
  • Customer relationship management skills
  • Well organized, possess a good work ethic and a friendly, positive attitude
  • Hard working, self-motivated and have a passion for cars and car parts

Wages are commensurate with experience.
