Confirmation du budget et rentabilité du projet

S'assurer que le gestionnaire des commandes enregistre correctement le projet dans l'ERP, y compris le plan de facturation.

Validation du calendrier et préparation de la planification du projet et des étapes claires.

Gestion du temps : Veiller à ce que le calendrier du projet soit établi, revu et mis à jour et assurer le suivi afin de garantir l'achèvement du projet dans les délais impartis.

Gestion de la qualité : Contrôler en permanence la satisfaction du client et s'efforcer de l'améliorer. Diriger la résolution des problèmes (boucle chaude) dans le cadre du projet et contribuer à l'amélioration continue (boucle froide). Communication et mise à jour appropriées avec le client

Premier point de contact du client sur les interactions de l'équipe de projet (correspondances, courriels, appels, réunions, ...) afin d'assurer une exécution cohérente.

S'assurer que la revue de projet a lieu au niveau approprié, conformément au processus de gouvernance de projet défini.

Assurer le reporting et l'escalade en temps voulu pour gérer les événements/problèmes ayant un impact sur la performance du projet ou la conformité avec les principes de gouvernance.

Gestion des coûts : Surveiller et contrôler les dépenses du projet par rapport au budget. S'efforcer d'améliorer la marge brute.

Identifier et alerter sur les risques d'exécution. Être proactif dans la résolution des problèmes. Faire remonter les informations aux services commerciaux pour gérer les réclamations et les ordres de modification.

Rendre compte de la rentabilité des projets (coûts, flux de trésorerie et marge), y compris les prévisions, le suivi des engagements et les nouvelles prévisions. Assurer la reconnaissance des revenus en temps voulu. Veiller à ce que les mesures appropriées soient prises pour recouvrer les créances des clients en temps voulu (paiements...).

Assurer la conformité aux exigences légales

Clôture du projet et archivage de la documentation du projet

Organiser, si nécessaire, des sessions de retour d'expérience avec l'équipe des ventes et des appels d'offres afin de partager les retours d'expérience.

Anticiper l'estimation de la facturation en fonction des projets à venir.

Customer first point of contact on project team interaction (correspondences, emails, calls, meetings, ...) to ensure consistent execution

Ensure project review happens at the appropriate level as per defined project governance process

Ensure timely reporting and escalation to manage project events/issues impacting project performance or compliance with governance principles.

Cost Management: Monitor and control Project spending versus budget. Strive for gross margin improvement.

Identify and alert on execution risks. Be proactive in resolving issues. Escalate to Sales to manage claims & variation orders

Accountability on project profitability (cost, cash flow & margin) including forecasting, engagements follow-up & re-forecasting. Ensure timely revenue recognition. Ensure appropriate actions to timely recover customer receivables (payments…) are done

Ensure compliance to the statutory requirements

Top Skills Details:
