Working closely with clients, you will design personalized itineraries tailored to their preferences and desires, ensuring every journey is remarkable.Key Responsibilities:Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budget constraints.Itinerary Design: Craft custom itineraries that include accommodation, transportation, activities, and dining based on clients’ preferences and available resources.Destination Expertise: Stay up-to-date on the latest attractions, accommodations, and experiences in Canada and Alaska to provide relevant and current recommendations.Logistics Coordination: Manage all aspects of the itinerary, including flights, transportation, reservations, and activities, ensuring a seamless travel experience.Budget Management: Work within clients' budgets to create exceptional and memorable travel experiences.Supplier Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality services for clients.Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the journey, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.Safety and Compliance: Stay informed about travel regulations, health protocols, and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of clients.Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Collect post-trip feedback from clients and use it to enhance services and offerings.
