Overview:

As the Account Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, overseeing campaign development and ensuring successful execution of all marketing initiatives. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive strategic direction, manage project timelines, and exceed client expectations.

Ultimately, you are responsible for keeping projects moving on a day-to-day basis through briefing, strategic development, creative development and implementation and will own all aspects of production. You will be required to independently lead projects with the support of the Account Director and Group Account Director and will understand both the client's business needs and challenges as well as T&Pm's own objectives and goals.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management
• Serve as a primary point of contact with the day to day clients fostering strong relationships and understanding client needs
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and innovative solutions to achieve their marketing objectives.

Campaign Development and Execution
• Oversee the planning and implementation of multi-channel campaigns with brand, retail, and promotional deliverables ranging from mass (television/radio/OOH), to digital/social, to POP/collateral.
• A clear understanding of the production process from start to finish.
• Collaborate with creative, media, and production teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality campaign assets.

Project Management
• Leverage project management skills to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Keep internal stakeholders and clients informed regarding projects, activities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the course of projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and agency partners to streamline workflow and maximize efficiency

Strategic Planning and business development
• Show strategic sensibility when appraising creative work and in contributions to strategic documents and briefings.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities relevant to our client while ensuring competitive reports are insightful, completed and presented to client.

Team leadership
• Command the administrative needs of large multi-service business.
• Manage, coach and develop direct reports.
• Effectively recognize and manage up issues, concerns and opportunities.
• Contribute to agency life and culture.

Skills and Experience:
• Minimum 5 years in account management, preferably in an integrated advertising agency setting or marketing environment experience.
• Proven ability to build and sustain client relationships.
• Strong experience in managing stakeholders and extended teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a professional presentation and an ability to clearly articulate ideas and work
• Extremely organized and detail-orientated, with experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• A track record of successfully delivering multi-channel campaigns.
• Ability to proactively lead work by thinking ahead and providing all stakeholders with the information and assets needed to deliver an assignment with excellence.
• Interest in managing, coaching and mentoring junior staff.
• Confident in own abilities and ideas, and not afraid to provide input to the team
• An ability to problem solve calmly and effectively and handle difficult situations with diplomacy and tact.
• Passion for marketing, advertising, and creating impactful campaigns that drive results.
