DCS, SIS and Data concentration collection in a live petrochemical plant. Executing in a safe, environmentally responsible and efficient way.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Configuration and programming of DCS/SIS/HMI process control and safety systemsMigration of legacy systemsAs-building, review and comment on P&ID's, control narratives, shutdown keys, and alarm and set points documentsPrepare Functional Requirements, Detail Design Specifications, and Software Test PlansPlan and facilitate Software Acceptance Testing (SWAT) and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)Participate in commissioning and start up supportAssist in the design and modifications of new and existing process control and instrumentation systemsmigration of serial communication systems from legacy to new current systemsnew greenfield project work as wellExperience, education, and designations:Post-secondary degree or diploma in Engineering or Instrumentation Engineering Technology from a recognized engineering faculty or institute in a related field.any recent relevant experience in programming or configuring PLC, DCS & SIS Systemsorganizational and time management skillscommunication skills through a variety of mediums (in person, e-mail, video, etc.)Positive attitude is a mustself relianceJob Types: Full-time, Contract or Staff
