Rôle et responsabilités :
-Diriger la comptabilité générale, y compris la consolidation, la préparation des états financiers et le respect des normes comptables.
-Superviser la planification financière, les rapports, les audits et la conformité fiscale.
-Développer et implémenter des stratégies pour optimiser les rapports opérationnels et la performance financière.
-Collaborer étroitement avec les départements opérationnels pour améliorer l'efficacité et réduire les coûts.
-Gérer et développer une équipe de professionnels en finance, en assurant leur croissance professionnelle et leur efficacité.

Qualifications :
-CPA requis.
-Expérience significative dans la gestion financière, avec une solide connaissance de la gestion opérationnelle et financière.
-Fortes compétences en leadership et en gestion d'équipe.
-Excellentes capacités de communication et de gestion de projet, avec la capacité de travailler directement sous la direction du PDG.
-Bilingue (Français et Anglais) avec d'excellentes compétences en communication.
