Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Bartender to join our team. As a Senior Bartender, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring a memorable dining experience. If you have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lead a team, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and making recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and utensils
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Train and mentor junior bartenders, providing guidance on drink preparation techniques and customer service skills
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and providing change
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner, striving to resolve issues promptly

Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques and drink recipes
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
- Proficiency in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or food service environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating drink prices
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 per year

Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
  • Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

  • Tips

Experience:

  • serving: 1 year (preferred)
  • Bartending: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Smart Serve (preferred)
