Responsibilities:
– Manage client relationships and oversee account management for assigned accounts within SMB, B2B & Enterprise (B2C) sectors.
– Support team with ad copy, testing plans, and special projects.
– Utilize proprietary and third-party tools for data-driven deliverables.
– Collaborate with clients to implement digital marketing strategies.
– Lead client presentations, meetings, calls, and visits.
– Work with internal and client teams to achieve goals.
– Deliver monthly reports on account performance.
– Proactively manage client accounts.
– Ensure accurate project execution within budget.
– Partner with clients to understand their business.

Qualifications:
– Experience managing clients in a fast-paced environment.
– University or College diploma in related field with 2+ years’ experience.
– Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
– Knowledge in Paid Search, Display, and Remarketing preferred.
– Intermediate to advance knowledge of SEO, Social, and Marketing Automation an asset.
– Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
– Positive attitude with a focus on driving account success.
– Strong presentation skills.
– Proactive and results-driven.
– Ability to manage multiple client needs simultaneously.
