Alteo is looking for a Senior PL/SQL Developer for a permanent position based in Montreal.

Within the framework of customer SLAs, your main role will be to provide support and handle incidents reported by operational teams, and to supervise the Support team in resolving incidents, with the aim of meeting contractual commitments (deadlines, quality, cost).

Responsibilities:
  • Handle incidents with the aim of resolving them
    • Support the N2/N3 operations team and resolve production-related incidents.
    • Analyze incidents for the operations team, and recommend actions to be taken depending on the incident reported.
    • Ensure the necessary developments to resolve incidents
    • Ensure that unit tests are carried out and that documentation corresponding to modifications is drawn up before the system is put into production.
  • Ensure compliance with commitments/SLAs
    • Ensure compliance with commitments in terms of deadlines and quality of work supplied
    • Ensure compliance with standards specific to its activity
    • Contribute to the improvement of team indicators to enhance quality and the company's image.
    • Ensure compliance with selected development standards
    • Recommend ways of developing maintenance-specific procedures
  • Assist the operations team
    • Assist operations team in production roll-out
    • Validate deliverables / procedures for operations team / projects during Rollout
    • Assist operations team with requests for information
    • Train and support the operations team
    • Validate network improvements and ensure non-regression testing
  • Supervise on-site consultants to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Assign and monitor customer environments
    • Ensure that developments are carried out to resolve anomalies
    • Provide first-level support training and draw up KPIs
    • Carry out on-site support missions
    • Ensure the development of more junior team members
  • Be on-call according to the schedule, in order to intervene when required outside working hours.
    • Participate in on-call planning
    • Respond to incidents occurring outside working hours.
Profile:
  • DEC/BAC in IT or equivalent
  • 5-8 years' experience in a similar role
  • Familiarity with the electronic payment industry (an important asset)

Alteo est à la recherche d'un Développeur PL/SQL Senior pour un poste permanent basé à Montréal.

Dans le cadre du respect des SLAs des clients, votre rôle principal sera d'assurer le support et le traitement des incidents remontés par les équipes opérationnelles, et d'encadrer l'équipe Support pour assurer la résolution des incidents, dans le but du respect des engagements contractuels (délais, qualité, coût).

Responsabilités:
  • Assurer le traitement des incidents dans le but de leurrésolution
    • Assurer le support de l’équipe opérations N2/N3 et la résolutiondes incidents liés la production
    • Assurer l'analyse des incidents de l'équipe opérations, et préconiser les actions à mettre en œuvre en fonction de l'incident signalé
    • Assurer les développements nécessaires afin de résoudre les incidents
    • Assurer la réalisation des tests unitaires et rédiger la documentation correspondante aux modifications effectuées avant la mise en production
  • Assurer le respect des engagements/SLA's
    • S'assurer du respect des engagements en termes de délais et de qualité du travail fourni
    • S'assurer du respect des normes spécifiques à son activité
    • Contribuer à l'amélioration des indicateurs de son équipe afin d'améliorer la qualité et l'image de l'entreprise
    • S'assurer du respect des normes de développement choisis
    • Préconiser des axes de développements des procédures spécifiques à la maintenance
  • Assister l'équipe opérations
    • Assister l'équipe opérations dans la mise en production
    • Valider les livrables / procédures équipe opérations / projets durant le Rollout
    • Assister l’équipe opérations dans les demandes d’information
    • Former et accompagner l'équipeopérations
    • Valider les améliorations réseaux et assurer les tests de non régression
  • Assurer l'encadrement des consultants sur site dans le but de satisfaire le client
    • Assurer l'affectation et le suivi de la gestion des environnements clients
    • S'assurerdes développements effectués afin de résoudre l'anomalie
    • Assurer des formations premier niveau support et élaborer les KPI's
    • Effectuer des missions de support sur site
    • Assurer le développement des membres de l'équipe plus junior
  • Assurer l'astreinte selon le planning dans le but d'intervenir en cas de besoin d'intervention en dehors des heures de travail
    • Participer à l'établissement du planing d'astreinte
    • Assurer les interventionsen cas d'incident survenusen dehors des heures de travail
Profil:
  • DEC/BAC en IT ou l'équivalent
  • 5-8 années d'expérience dans un rôle similaire
  • Familier avec l'industrie de la monétique (atout important)
