Job Description:
  1. Lead and work on project delivery, project management, contract administration, and field reviews.
  2. Maintain excellent client service through strong communication and acting on client feedback.
  3. Participate in business development, including fee proposals.
  4. Review and assess existing mechanical systems, prepare condition reports, and provide technical advisory services.
  5. Work on a wide range of project assignments within the mechanical buildings field, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.
  6. Prepare load calculations utilizing industry-standard software and deliver engineering projects in line with best practices.
Requirements:

3 to 10 years of professional experience with HVAC & Plumbing systems. EIT or registered engineer in the province is preferred. Mechanical designers will also be considered. Detailed working knowledge of the Building Code and the National Building Code of Canada.
