ABOUT US: Compleat KiDZ is the largest and fastest growing multi-disciplinary rehabilitation treatment organization in North Carolina. We provide Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapy services to children from birth to 18 years of age in our 14 clinics.

JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for an energetic, passionate, and growth-minded Physical Therapist with pediatric experience. This is a full-time position split between our Burlington and High Point clinics (2 days at each).

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  1. Complete evaluation, treatment, consultation, and discharge planning for children in an outpatient clinic.
  2. Documentation in EMR.
  3. Detailed and thorough communication with the child’s healthcare providers through progress reports, phone calls, or other forms of communication.
  4. Assess and make recommendations regarding appropriate assistive technology/adaptive equipment as needed.
  5. Help develop new programs and/or services.
  6. Participate in training and staff meetings.
  7. All other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. DPT degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university.
  2. Active North Carolina Licensure in good standing.
  3. Minimum 1-3 years of experience working with the pediatric population as a Physical Therapist preferably in an outpatient clinic setting.
  4. Basic computer experience (Microsoft Office, Internet, Electronic Medical Record, etc).
  5. Completion of Background Check.
  6. Negative 2 step TB Test.
