Your main goal is to ensure each guest who walks into the restaurant is welcomed and looked after with hospitality, while maintaining a clean, upbeat, and inviting environment. You will be sure to make meaningful connections and lifelong friends along the way. Our menu features Indian-inspired flavors and fresh, high-quality ingredients. Both our culinary and front-of-house staff members work to make memorable experiences for our guests, from handcrafted dishes to flawless table service, focused on excellence in every detail.

Objective & Focus

  1. Surprise and delight guests with unique cocktails, wines, beers, and other beverages, while creating a personalized connection.
  2. Maintain knowledge and strong execution of all beverages featured in our menus.
  3. Deliver full food and beverage services to guests seated at the bar while offering food and drink pairings.
  4. Promptly and accurately prepare beverage orders for servers and guests, providing drinks for all guests in-house.
  5. Help maintain a clean and organized bar and lounge.

Key Requirements

  1. Previous serving experience at a highly competent level is required.
  2. Basic technical bartending knowledge including standard cocktails and highballs.
  3. Knowledge of local beers and wines is a must.
  4. Strong ability to lead conversation in any setting.
  5. Highly organized, neat, and structured in managing the bar.
  6. Comfortable sharing positive experiences about food and drink.
  7. Energetic and positive.
  8. Ability to demonstrate leadership and make sound judgments with confidence.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
