Mixologists/bartenders

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Create and serve a variety of cocktails, mixed drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain knowledge of current cocktail trends and techniques
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests to enhance their experience
- Mix, garnish, and present drinks with a focus on consistency and quality with SOP provided by the company
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Ensure compliance with alcohol laws, health and safety standards, and responsible service guidelines
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of beverages, glassware, and supplies
- Prepare and serve drinks promptly, multitasking to accommodate multiple orders
- Collaborate with the Bar Manager to develop new cocktails and update the drink menu
- Check guests' IDs to verify legal drinking age and refuse service if necessary

**Qualifications and experience**
- Minimum 2-year bartending experience
- Maintain Serving It Right certificate
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage
- Knowledge and education of mixology is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to think on your feet in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience with POS systems

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
