Health/Dental/Vision Insurance Tuition Reimbursement RRSP Matching PTO and Paid Holidays And moreWhat you’ll do:Create and execute a territory sales plan that meets or exceeds established sales targets and supports Hoya’s revenue and profit objectives.Identify market trends and competition strategies that will assist in the development and execution of the territory sales plan. Makes physical (in office) and touch calls (e.g., Phone, email) to Eye Care Professional accounts within your assigned geographic territory for the purpose of generating sales and building enduring customer relationships. Maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with customers and prospects and be available and responsive to customer’s real-time needsComplete sales activity reports and presentations in a timely mannerQualifications:Post Secondary Degree, College Diploma or relevant experience3-5 years of optical sales experience Demonstrated sales track record, new sales track record & quota attainmentPrior experience with Salesforce, preferredExperience with Microsoft Office SuiteHOYA Vision Care Canada is an equal opportunity employer.
