Vue d'ensemble

Relevant du Directeur Régional, le Manager Régional (immeubles multifamiliaux) est responsable de la gestion, de la location et de l'administration de tous les immeubles multifamiliaux appartenant à Centurion Property Associates Inc. à Ottawa (Ontario) et à Gatineau (Québec).

Le Manager Régional est responsable de la gestion de toutes les ressources, contrats, outils et fournitures connexes pour assurer une gestion efficace et efficiente des biens immobiliers selon les normes et budgets établis.

Responsabilités

Développement des relations

Développer et favoriser des relations positives avec les parties prenantes internes et externes. Rechercher de nouvelles opportunités commerciales pour Centurion.

Service à la clientèle

Traiter toutes les demandes, les commentaires et les plaintes des résidents avec professionnalisme et courtoisie.

Opérations courantes

Veiller à ce que les biens immobiliers soient exploités conformément aux normes établies et dans le respect des budgets d'exploitation annuels.

Administration et rapports

Veiller à ce que toutes les politiques et procédures de Centurion Property Associates soient respectées.

Ventes et marketing

Travailler avec l'équipe marketing pour développer et mettre en œuvre des initiatives de vente et de marketing.

Gestion des risques

Veiller au respect des codes, des normes de sécurité technique et de la législation en vigueur.

Gestion des projets d'investissement et des bâtiments

Assurer la liaison avec le directeur des services techniques pour les grands projets d'investissement.

Exigences

  • Au moins 4 ans d'expérience dans l'exploitation ; une expérience dans le secteur multirésidentiel est considérée comme un atout ;
  • Expérience confirmée dans la gestion des performances opérationnelles et financières ;
  • Capacité avérée à diriger et à motiver les employés ;
  • Souci du détail et capacité à résoudre les problèmes de manière autonome ;
  • Solides compétences en matière de suivi et aptitude à élaborer des solutions stratégiques ;
  • Compétences exceptionnelles en matière de communication ;
  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles ;
  • Maîtrise des produits MS Office ;
  • L'expérience des systèmes de gestion immobilière Yardi est considérée comme un atout.
  • Doit être à l'aise avec les déplacements fréquents en Ontario et Québec.
