We are currently seeking an experienced Merchandising Team Lead to join our dynamic on-site operations team. We’re looking for a go getter that takes pride in their work, is a natural leader that creates a fun and positive work environment for their team and who is highly organized with strong communication and time management skills.

Position Overview

The Team Lead’s main responsibility will be to successfully guide a team of 12 to 15 retail associates through a 7-week multi-store refacing project, ensuring flawless merchandising and digital price tagging is well completed and on schedule. Monday-Friday each week, the team will remove all current shelf labels and install new electronic shelf labels throughout the entire store. This position is territory based, where each week will be spent in a different retail location.

*4 weeks involve travelling outside your home territory In such cases, all travel costs and accommodation will be covered by Match Retail.*

Responsibilities

  • Review the daily notes prior to each shift, walk the specified areas in-store to ensure feasibility and assign tasks to the merchandising team. Daily tasks may include:
    • Adjust and install new retail store pricing fixtures.
    • Understand and follow site plans and department setups.
    • Ensure successful merchandising and digital pricing updates throughout the store.
  • Ensure that merchandisers work efficiently to complete their tasks.
  • Manage all provided tools/equipment inventory (rented or owned by Match) for the entire project duration, ensuring all pieces are returned upon project completion.
  • Oversee the training and development of team members on a regular basis.
  • Manage shift sign-in/out log for all team members
  • Complete all duty reports and surveys within strict deadlines.
  • Maintain a professional relationship with the store management and their employees.
Position Requirements

  • Access to a vehicle/reliable way to commute to the locations
  • Ability to travel for the role and lead store projects in different markets. All travel expenses will be covered by the company.
  • Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 20 lbs., bend and stand for 8+ hours a day.
  • Experience in supervising staff
  • Detail-oriented, problem solving, and excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to develop relationships, prioritize, and coach.
  • Flexible, reliable, and friendly

Nous recherchons actuellement un Chef d'Équipe en Marchandisage expérimenté pour rejoindre notre dynamique équipe des opérations sur site. Aperçu du Poste

Le chef d’équipe devra guider et superviser une équipe de 12 à 15 marchandiseurs de vente au détail à travers un projet de réaménagement de plusieurs magasins sur 7 semaines. veillera à ce que le marchandisage et l'étiquetage numérique des prix soient impeccablement réalisés et respectent les délais pour le réaliser.

À chaque semaine, l'équipe retirera toutes les étiquettes de rayonnage actuelles et installera de nouvelles étiquettes électroniques de rayonnage dans tout le magasin. Ce poste est basé sur le territoire du Québec et chaque semaine sera passée dans un lieu de vente différent.

  • 4 semaines peuvent impliquer des déplacements en dehors de votre territoire d’appartenance. Dans ce cas, tous les frais de déplacement et d'hébergement seront pris en charge et couvert par Match Retail.

Responsabilités

  • Réviser les notes quotidiennes avant chaque quart de travail.
  • Parcourir les zones spécifiées en magasin pour en assurer la faisabilité et assigner les tâches à l'équipe de marchandisage.
  • Les tâches quotidiennes peuvent inclure:
    • Ajuster et installer de nouveaux dispositifs de prix en magasin.
    • Comprendre et suivre les plans du site et les configurations des départements.
    • Assurer la mise à jour réussie du marchandisage et des prix numériques dans tout le magasin.
    • Veiller à ce que les marchandiseurs travaillent efficacement pour accomplir leurs tâches.
    • Gérer l'inventaire des outils/équipements fournis (loués ou appartenant à Match) pendant toute la durée du projet, en veillant à ce que toutes les pièces soient retournées à la fin du projet.
    • Superviser la formation et le développement des membres de l'équipe de manière régulière.
    • Gérer la présence de tous les membres de l’équipe.
    • Compléter tous les rapports de devoirs dans les délais établis.
    • Maintenir une relation professionnelle avec la direction du magasin et leurs employés.
Exigences du Poste

  • Accès à un véhicule/moyen fiable pour se rendre aux lieux.
  • Capacité à voyager pour le rôle et diriger des projets de magasin dans différents marchés. *(Tous les frais de déplacement seront couverts par Match Retail).
  • Capacité de soulever un minimum de 20 livres, se pencher et rester debout pendant 8 la majorité de la journée de travails.
  • Superviser et prendre responsabilité du personnel en magasin.
  • De la précision, résolution de problèmes et excellentes compétences en communication.
  • Bonne autonomie et gestion du temps.
  • Capacité à développer des relations, à prioriser et à coacher.
  • Flexible, fiable, amical et ponctuel.
