Responsibilities:
- Successfully implement Adobe CX solutions for clients. Lead the development and support activities on AJO and Campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Oversee the implementation and integration of Adobe solutions with existing systems, working closely with development and IT teams.
- Provide technical support to project teams including code reviews.
- Optimize system performance, implement security measures, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis based on client requirements, leading the technical solution to design and develop systems aligned with the client's business requirements.
- Work with and/or implement Adobe solutions to support use cases and customer journeys, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to design solutions tailored to meet the unique requirements of clients.
- Monitor the technical progress of the team implementing Adobe solutions and platforms.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in data architecture, integration, API management, and cross-platform activation with a strong understanding of marketing technologies, digital analytics, customer data platforms, and cross-channel marketing strategies.
- Adept in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Campaign builder.
- Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate across disparate systems.
- Ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing as the situation demands to guide stakeholders in thinking through all aspects of the ask.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills. Ability to lead workshops, define and prioritize client requirements and required capabilities, and suggest best practices.
- Certification in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Campaign builder, Customer Journey Analytics, and/or Offer Decisioning Engine are highly desirable.
- Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML5, JavaScript, XML, Java, WCM, OSGi, REST, GraphQL, Web Analytics, and Single Page Application.
- Understanding of Digital Experience platform landscape and experience with relevant Digital strategies and technologies with knowledge of the typical use cases of Digital Platform implementations.
