**We are currently seeking competent individuals to fulfill the role of Technical Lead to join our dynamic team for our client, one of the major banks.**

**Typical Day in Role**:

- Drive delivery of high-quality marketing products and features by working with multi-functional leads (product, design, marketing) to define, scope and prioritize upcoming projects
- Technical Lead for Marketing technologies, leading architecture and solution design for new features and enhancements to the platform along with ongoing support operations for fixes and bugs
- Provide technical guidance and participate directly in implementation milestones as required (Technical Design Documents, Code Design and Review, QA)
- Collaborate across teams to ensure that the technical requirements align to the portfolio strategy & product roadmaps, to determine priority and sequence of technology delivery
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and propose innovative technical solutions
- Enable business and marketing teams to build E2E marketing campaigns on their own levering marketing tools such as Adobe Experience platforms, Adobe Experience Manager, Sales force, etc.
- Work with product managers and third party to identify best in class digital experiences
- Stay curious and keep current - be the internal champion for trends, best practices, new tools, and innovation in your space
- Intake and organize issues and concerns with automation by working cross-functionally to design creative workarounds, and implement solutions
- Manage external vendor project delivery

1) 10+ years of relevant experience in technical space, with 5+ years related work experience as a Technical Lead delivering marketing technology projects
2) 2-3+ years’ experience working and delivering personalization capabilities at scale
3) 2+ years’ experience working with marketing platforms (e.g. Adobe) doing integration, onboarding, operations
4) 1+ years combined experience with Adobe Experience Platforms, Adobe Real Time Customer data platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe experience manager, Adobe Targe, etc. (please list which, not all needed but as many as possible)
5) 3+ years’ experience with the MarTech and AdTech ecosystem

**Nice-To-Have Skills**:
1. Experience delivering API based solutions deployed on Google Cloud Platform or Azure
2. Knowledge of API best practices, performance tuning and OAuth processing, session Management, OpenID/OICD and federation
3. Knowledge of cryptography an asset
4. Previous FI experience
5. Experience with architectural design

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $70.00-$75.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- delivering marketing technology projects: 10 years (preferred)
- working and delivering personalization capabilities at scale: 2 years (preferred)
- marketing platforms (e.g. Adobe): 2 years (preferred)
- Adobe Experience Platforms: 1 year (preferred)
