TalentWorld is recruiting a Paralegal Associate (Junior) in Vancouver, British Columbia for one of our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal research and draft documents.
  • Organize and maintain case files.
  • Communicate with clients and assist in trial preparation.
  • Review legal documents and manage deadlines.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including billing, and ensure compliance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a paralegal or legal assistant role.
  • Strong understanding of legal research methods and document drafting.
  • Proficiency in legal software and technology.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines effectively.
Employment Details
  • Salary: $40,000 annually
  • Benefits: 40 hours weekly, Permanent role, Full-time, Onsite
  • Schedule: 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday to Friday
