Job DescriptionIn your role, you will:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in various business domains.
- Architect automation and low code solutions using tools such as Blue Prism Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Document and maintain automation and low code solution architectures in compliance with Bombardier architecture and security frameworks.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to set up and improve the operating model for the Automation Center of Excellence (CoE) that provides development and support services.
- Define and improve requirement management, design, and development standards and best practices.
- Ensure compliance to standards by reviewing deliverables and auditing quality assurance processes.
- Provide guidance and support to professional and citizen development teams to ensure the successful delivery of automation and low code solution projects.
- Conduct an assessment of current solutions and recommend enhancements for increased efficiency.
- Work closely with managers, business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
As our ideal candidate, you have:
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field with a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Solution Architect.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience with automation and low code solutions.
- Proficiency in RPA tools such as Blue Prism, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Relevant certifications in Blue Prism RPA and Microsoft Power Platform are a plus.
- Experience with process analysis, design, and optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- The ability to lead meetings with a diversified audience (technical, senior management).
- The ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Experience in waterfall, agile, and Dev Ops methodologies.
- A proficient level of English (with French a strong plus).
