Audio Engineer

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Audio Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion and professional training for audio production and possess the technical expertise to deliver high-quality sound experiences, create compositions and operate a recording studio.

Duties:

  • Operate audio equipment during live events, recording sessions, or broadcasts
  • Set up and maintain audio equipment including microphones, soundboards, speakers, and amplifiers
  • Collaborate with producers, directors, and artists to achieve desired sound/music results.
  • Edit and mix audio tracks to produce a polished final product
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to sound quality or equipment malfunctions

Skills:

  • Proficiency in audio/notation editing software (Ableton Live, Logic Pro, Pro Tools, Sibelius, UAD Luna)
  • Knowledge of sound mixing techniques and equipment setup
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality audio output
  • Familiarity with industry-standard mixing boards and audio amplifiers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $34.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
