About the Opportunity
Harmac Pacific currently has an exciting opportunity for afull-timeHeavy Duty Mechanicto join our team inNanaimo, B.C.The successful candidate will be working 4 days a week, with 10 hour shifts.
As our newHeavy Duty Mechanic, you will work as part of an integrated maintenance team that provides the full range of maintenance support for our pulp and power businesses.

About You
To qualify for this role, youpossess an Interprovincial Heavy Duty Mechanic trades qualification,and a sound base of knowledge and experience in the maintenance of industrial mobile equipment including Bulldozers, Loaders, Clamp Trucks, Cranes, Dump Trucks, and Forklifts.Experience with (Cat ET) and Cat (SIS) programs is preferred.Youmust also be extremely organized, and able to work well independently, and as part of a team.Candidates with skills in welding, refrigeration, and other related trades skills will findthat our work environment provides an opportunity to expand and refinethoseskills.
