Les Jardins Logidor, a friendly private residence for seniors located in Ste-Foy, is looking for someone to fill a part-time maintenance attendant position. Meals provided, free parking, telemedicine, employee assistance program and more No need to have CCQ cards. You must be versatile and be able to perform the necessary work such as painting, plastering, etc.


POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Schedule: A part-time position 32 hours/week during the day

Salary: starting at $22.81


ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • All other related tasks
  • Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required
  • Change light bulbs in the common areas
  • Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas
  • Clear and salt the entrances
  • Maintain and clean the premises
  • Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)
  • Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
