The Boisé Vanier residence, located along the St-Charles River, offers seniors a warm and safe environment while respecting the specific needs of each individual. We are currently looking for two people to fill full-time maintenance attendant positions. Apartment renovations and resident requisitions + all other related tasks: flooring, painting, plastering


POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Schedule: Monday to Friday during the day with one weekend out of 2
Salary: starting at $20.78


ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Clean entryways and common areas
  • Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas
  • Maintain and clean the premises
  • Schedule and ensure that preventive maintenance is performed on equipment
  • Supervise the maintenance of the equipment
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Good communication
  • No experience necessary
