Our modern, multi-modality clinics are expanding, and we are seeking skilled and registered, or eligible for registration, casual Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (Ultrasound Technologist) to join our growing outpatient clinic practice.

As a casual Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (Ultrasound Technologist), your role involves conducting diagnostic imaging procedures using modern ultrasound equipment while ensuring patient comfort and safety. You'll be responsible for explaining procedures, positioning patients correctly, and optimizing imaging quality through equipment adjustments. Working closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals, you'll analyze and interpret images meticulously, maintaining comprehensive patient records and procedural documentation.

We're looking for individuals with a proven track record of producing high-quality diagnostic images using ultrasound equipment and providing exceptional patient care. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Perform diagnostic medical sonography procedures using ultrasound equipment.
  • Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process and positioning them correctly.
  • Position patients appropriately for optimal imaging results.
  • Analyze images for quality and completeness, ensuring all necessary views are obtained.
  • Recognize normal and abnormal anatomy and communicate findings to radiologists or physicians.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide patient care and ensure safety.
