Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:

  1. 8+ years - Experience as a BA driving end to end project delivery with a focus on data analytics, business and IT stakeholder management, and process improvement
  2. 3+ years - Experience in developing and producing KPI, KRI
  3. 3+ years - Experience with Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel skills
  4. 5+ years of SWIFT payment
  5. 5+ years of MS Visio, JIRA, Process mapping
  6. 5+ years of Agile

Nice-To-Have Skills:

  1. ISO20022 knowledge
  2. MT to MX mapping
  3. 3+ years of Rest and SOAP API testing
  4. Knowledge of GTX, BESS, FTM.
  5. Previous experience working in FI
  6. Buyer experience will be an asset
  7. Previous experience in project management, tracking project progression
  8. Previous experience working with payments
  9. Previous experience with Confluence and JIRA

Soft Skills Required:

  1. Proven ability to learn business processes quickly and work well with business partners at different organizational levels.
  2. Exceptional leadership skills to review processes and procedures to create efficiencies, eliminate duplication and provide organizational support to achieve business objectives.
