Brand Momentum is seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Operations Analyst to join our team. This full-time role is based in Mississauga, ON, with the flexibility for some remote work. As a Senior Operations Analyst, you will be pivotal in performing various day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring efficiency and excellence across our operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Dashboard Development: Design and develop dashboards, scorecards, and trackers using POWER BI.
  • Data Administration: Collaborate with the IT team to translate business and user requirements into Natural Insights (NI data collection).
  • Process Automation: Enhance and automate database and data collection initiatives.
  • Project Support: Assist with project launches, manage hardware support requests, and oversee post-production initiatives.
  • Data Analysis: Prepare and submit SQL queries against current datasets and dashboards for projects and client requests.
  • Dashboard Maintenance: Maintain daily refreshes for all production dashboards and enhance them based on new requests from internal and external teams.
  • Technical Expertise: Participate in client and internal meetings, providing solutions for technical, operational, and data issues.
  • Team Collaboration: Engage in Divisional/Departmental team meetings and regional committees to represent divisional interests.
  • Project Management: Utilize organizational, time management, continuous improvement, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Customer Support: Serve as a trusted source of information and expertise for internal and external customers.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations analysis or a similar role.
  • Strong Power BI developer skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL, DAX, and Python.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
  • Experience in the retail or marketing industry is preferred.
