Do you want to work at a growing digital agency to foster client relationships and build client success? Evolving Web is looking for an ambitious and energetic Digital Strategist to help us.

Your mission? Work alongside Evolving Web’s project teams and bring your expertise to push our projects to the next level. You will be the client’s eyes and ears to ensure perfect integration of digital strategy, design, and development at all stages of a typical digital project.

We are looking for someone with strong client skills, natural leadership, and experience in information architecture and/or content strategy.

In your role as Digital Strategist, you will be expected to:

  • Work with clients on their overall digital strategy, information architecture, content strategy and related needs, and produce related deliverables.
  • Ensure alignment between distinct production groups - strategy, design, and development.
  • Participate in the sales process as required, including participating in writing proposals and presenting at pitches.
  • Lead delivery of such services within Evolving Web and leverage internal resources and processes.
  • Research and analyze competitors, identify trends and ideas, and put them into practice.
  • Elevate our practice and provide thought leadership both within and externally, through blog posts, internal seminars, conference presentations, etc.

Votre mission ? Travailler aux côtés des équipes de projet d'Evolving Web et apporter votre expertise pour faire évoluer tout le monde dans la bonne direction . Vous serez les yeux et les oreilles des clients pour assurer une parfaite intégration de la stratégie numérique, du design et du développement à toutes les étapes d'un projet digital.

Nous sommes à la recherche de quelqu’un qui a de solides compétences en matière de clientèle, un leadership naturel et une expérience en architecture de l'information et/ou en stratégie de contenu.

Dans votre rôle de stratège numérique, vous devrez :

  • Travailler avec les clients sur leur stratégie numérique globale, l'architecture de l'information, la stratégie de contenu et les besoins connexes, et produire les livrables correspondants.
  • Assurer l'alignement entre les différents groupes de production - stratégie, conception et développement.
  • Participer au processus de vente, le cas échéant, notamment en rédigeant des propositions et en faisant des présentations.
  • Diriger la prestation de ces services au sein d'Evolving Web et tirer parti des ressources et processus internes.
  • Rechercher et analyser les concurrents, identifier les tendances et les idées, et les mettre en pratique.
  • Élever notre pratique et fournir un leadership éclairé à la fois à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur, par le biais d'articles de blog, de séminaires internes, de présentations lors de conférences, etc.

What kind of skill set do you need to be successful in your role within the Evolving community?

  • 5+ years of experience in a Digital Strategist role, preferably in a digital or marketing agency
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in information sciences, sociological studies, or any related field
  • You are analytical and you have great communication skills
  • You have good project management skills
  • You have a keen interest in UX, UI, accessibility, content strategy and optimization

Bonus for:

  • You have experience working with public sector and non-profit clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English

Quelles sont les compétences requises pour réussir dans votre rôle au sein de Evolving Web ?

  • Vous avez plus de 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste de stratège numérique, de préférence dans une agence numérique ou de marketing.
  • Vous êtes titulaire d'une licence en sciences de l'information, en études sociologiques ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Vous êtes analytique et vous avez d'excellentes compétences en communication
  • Vous avez de bonnes compétences en gestion de projet
  • Vous avez un intérêt marqué pour l'UX, l'UI, l'accessibilité, la stratégie de contenu et l'optimisation.

Bonus pour :

  • Vous avez une expérience de travail avec des clients du secteur public et à but non lucratif.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite en français et en anglais.
