Job Title: Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (M1 or M2)

Job Description

An exciting opportunity awaits for an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer. This role involves the assembly of aircraft and the mechanical aspects of installations or options. You will be expected to conduct ground or flight tests, inspect and maintain company or customer-owned aircraft, and adhere to maintenance practices and standards such as those set by Transport Canada and Airbus Helicopter Canada Ltd. Procedures. The Aircraft Maintenance Engineer reports directly to the Supervisor, Aircraft Completions.

Hard Skills:

  1. AME M1/M2 license with over 5 years of experience
  2. Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance from College or University
  3. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  4. Comfortable with computer skills
  5. Needs OWN TOOLS

Job Type: This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site: This is a fully on-site position in Fort Erie, Ontario.

Work Environment:

Our work environment is structured to facilitate productivity and efficiency. We operate on an 8am-4pm shift with a maximum of 8 hours of overtime per week. You will be part of a large team of 10-12 Aircraft maintenance engineers (AMEs) on each shift. Collaboration is key as you will be working near our avionics team. Our facility is clean and we pride ourselves in being a helicopter manufacturing facility.
