The Position

What You'll Do

Holistic Financial Planning:

  1. Tailor the process to your target market which includes individuals with $500,000+ investable assets and improving profitability with existing clients developing business from them and retaining them.
  2. From discovery to ongoing monitoring, guide members through their financial journey, ensuring their goals are met.

Customer-Centric Approach:

  1. Craft a financial practice that revolves around your client’s needs. Leverage all available financial tools and collaborate with your internal partners.
  2. Be the bridge connecting your clients to comprehensive solutions within our client's integrated network.

Strategic Growth:

  1. Develop a sales plan that resonates with high net-worth individuals. Attract new members, nurture existing relationships, and enhance profitability.
  2. Tap into internal referral sources to expand your reach.

Risk Management And Compliance:

  1. Uphold our client's corporate policies and regulatory requirements. Safeguard the interests of both the organization and clients.

Leadership And Coaching:

  1. As a senior team member, lead by example. Foster a positive, collaborative environment within the wealth and branch operations.

Mandatories:

  1. Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in the wealth industry, including securities and compliance.
  2. In-depth knowledge of financial planning, products, policies, procedures, and operations.
  3. The following education/certificates are required:
    1. Financial Planning designation (CFP)
    2. Canadian Securities Course & CPH
    3. Conduct and Practices
    4. Life License
    5. IIROC license
