Outside Sales Representative - Building Supplies
Territory: Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and Surrounding Areas (Collingwood, Barrie, Cambridge, Waterloo, Burlington)

Job Description: We are seeking a driven and ambitious Outside Sales Representative to join our client’s team and make a mark in the building materials industry. The ideal candidate will have industry experience or will have a strong sales background and hungry to enter the industry, eager to learn, and committed to exceeding customer expectations. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales within the GTA and surrounding areas, forging new relationships, and solidifying our client’s presence in the market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Cultivate strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and homeowners.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Previous sales experience within building materials preferred, but not required; strong sales candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong desire to succeed and make an impact in the building materials industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
