- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.

- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels.

- Recommend and action improvements to the candidate experience

- Deliver an exceptional on-boarding experience for new hires

  1. Data-Driven Decision Making:

- Maintain accurate and organized recruitment records

- Develop goals based on past performance and industry benchmarks

- Understand the legal landscape around recruitment and hiring, ensure compliance at all times

- Deliver results for multiple projects and deadlines, as needed

  1. Employer Branding:

- Contribute to building and promoting the company's employer brand.

- Assist in organizing recruitment events and initiatives.

- Develop a compelling “Why Konica?” narrative to engage prospects and candidates through multiple communication channels (e.g. social media, In-person)

Qualifications

- Honor’s bachelor’s degree in business or liberal arts

- 1-2 years of customer-facing work experience

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Demonstrated exemplary communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Experience working with enterprise-level business systems such as ERPs, ATSs, or CRMs

- Build and maintain professional relationships with company managers

- Juggle multiple projects, tasks, responsibilities, and deadlines as needed.

- High learning agility to be able to develop deep understanding of recruitment methodology, legal issues, and organizational psychology through a mixture of on-the-job training, traditional adult learning, and industry events.
