Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Information Security Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the security program at ClearRisk, ensuring the protection and integrity of our product and customer data. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain security measures, policies, and procedures in accordance with industry best practices and compliance requirements.
What you’ll do:
- Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards to protect company assets and customer data;
- Lead efforts to achieve and maintain compliance with industry standards and frameworks such as SOC2, ISO27001, PIPEDA, HIPAA, GDPR, etc.;
- Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions;
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate security into the software development lifecycle;
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, conducting root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures;
- Stay informed about emerging threats and security technologies, recommending and implementing solutions to mitigate risks;
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field;
- 5+ years of experience in information security, with a focus on SaaS or cloud-based environments;
- Deep understanding of security principles and best practices, including encryption, access control, and threat detection;
- Experience with common compliance frameworks such as SOC2, ISO27001, PIPEDA, HIPAA, GDPR, etc.;
- Proficiency in securing AWS infrastructure and SalesForce orgs is highly desirable;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex security issues and develop effective solutions;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences;
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus.
