En tant que directeur financier, vous serez directement rattaché au directeur de l'exploitation et travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le directeur général pour mener à bien les stratégies financières. Vous fournirez des conseils et des analyses financières afin de garantir la santé et la stabilité financières de l'entreprise, ainsi que la réalisation de ses buts et objectifs. Vous identifierez les domaines d'amélioration des processus et serez chargé de veiller à ce que nos systèmes d'entreprise soient pleinement optimisés pour l'avenir. Il s'agit d'un poste de direction stratégique qui sera essentiel pour développer l'infrastructure financière et les processus de planification stratégique en place, alors que nous entamons notre prochaine phase de croissance.

Au quotidien, vous serez chargé(e) de

Analyses et rapports financiers:

  • Préparer, gérer, analyser et présenter les états financiers.
  • Coordonner la préparation des rapports annuels, trimestriels et mensuels.
  • La communication en temps utile et avec précision des informations financières aux parties internes, aux organismes de réglementation gouvernementaux et aux agences extérieures.
  • Élaborer et soutenir l'élaboration de plans financiers, de budgets, de prévisions et de gestion des flux de trésorerie au niveau du département et fournir des informations qui contribueront au développement de l'entreprise.
  • Jouer le rôle de conseiller financier auprès de l'équipe de direction à des fins de planification, en évaluant les initiatives et les investissements afin de maximiser la rentabilité et les plans de croissance.

Opérations financières :

  • Gérer les opérations financières quotidiennes, y compris les comptes débiteurs, les comptes créditeurs, la paie, la comptabilité générale et les soldes en devises étrangères.
  • Autoriser les dépenses.
  • Veiller au respect des réglementations, des lois fiscales et des contrôles internes.
  • Vérifier et améliorer la productivité et l'efficacité des processus actuels des différentes équipes.

Examiner et approuver l'analyse de la rentabilité des clients sur une base mensuelle.

  • Examiner les calculs de prix et soutenir les négociations contractuelles.

Opérations de service - Composante financière :

  • Superviser et assurer le contrôle financier des processus financiers quotidiens liés à notre prestation de services, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, la production de factures, les ajustements et la conformité financière réglementaire/législative de nos services fournis.

Gestion des risques :

  • Identifier et évaluer les risques organisationnels et formuler des recommandations.
  • Gérer les couvertures d'assurance pour l'organisation, y compris la conformité.

Partenariats stratégiques :

  • Gérer les relations externes, notamment avec les banques, les auditeurs, les conseillers fiscaux et les autorités gouvernementales, afin d'optimiser les opérations financières et de garantir la conformité.
  • Constituer et diriger une équipe financière performante.
  • Fournir à l'équipe des conseils, un encadrement et des possibilités de développement professionnel.
  • Favoriser une culture de la responsabilité, de la collaboration et de l'amélioration continue.
  • Être responsable du système de gestion de la qualité conforme à la norme ISO 9001:2015 et aider l'équipe à en assurer l'efficacité.

Ce que vous apporterez :

  • 7 à 10 ans d'expérience pertinente, plus récemment dans un rôle de gestion financière de haut niveau
  • Titre comptable professionnel (CPA)
  • Expérience de la gestion des transactions en devises étrangères.
  • Une expérience avec le logiciel Sage est un atout.

La connaissance de l'anglais est requise pour ce poste spécifique.
