OBJECTIVE and SCOPE:

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will co-lead the organization's strategic vision, goals, and objectives alongside the Artistic Director. You will be directly responsible for the organization's overall management and the success of internal operations, including strategic planning and team and financial leadership.

  4. Strong experience in board governance and understanding of working within the not-for-profit sector.
  5. Positive team leader who will mentor, motivate, and coach their team.
