Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Network Analyst to join our Endpoint Team. This role entails comprehensive IT management responsibilities alongside collaborating cross-functionally with IT, operations, and compliance teams to deliver effective solutions.

Key Job Functions

  1. Endpoint Management: Packaging scripts within Intune or KACE to deploy new programs, updating programs, patching workstations, and configuring Intune profiles or group policies to maintain a consistent and functional end user experience.
  2. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and compliance to understand requirements, address challenges, and deliver effective IT solutions.
  3. Technical Support: Provide technical support to internal teams and end-users, troubleshoot IT issues, and offer timely solutions to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  4. User Onboarding: Automate and streamline the user onboarding experience to ensure users have the accounts, permissions, and hardware required upon starting at Nucor Rebar Fabrication.
  5. Mobile Device Management: Assist with troubleshooting issues and deploying apps and configuration profiles for Apple devices (iPad, iPhone) and MDMs.
  6. Office Phone System Deployment: Order, deploy, and troubleshoot office phone systems such as Fortinet, Mitel, and Teams.
  7. Documentation and Reporting: Document new processes or technologies implemented and run reports on inventory, licensing, and configuration.

Minimum Qualifications and Educational Requirements

  1. University degree or college diploma in Computer Science or related technical experience.
  2. Proven experience as a Network Analyst or similar role, with a focus on IT endpoint services.
  3. Extensive experience with PowerShell and writing scripts to automate processes and tasks.
  4. Experience with multi-cloud environments (Azure, Office 365).
  5. Experience with OneDrive services.
  6. Experience with Intune services (computers & mobile devices).
  7. Experience designing, planning, and implementing Windows Group Policy.
  8. Experience with Intune configuration profiles.
  9. Experience packaging and deploying applications, patches, scripts, and updates to endpoints.
  10. Experience managing imaging services (SCCM, KACE, AutoPilot).
  11. Experience with Apple devices and their enterprise management (Intune, ABM).
  12. Experience with Hyper-V and VMware.
  13. Experience with Windows Server.
  14. Excellent understanding of networking principles, standards, and technology including TCP/IP, WANs, VLANs, VPN, Wi-Fi, NAC, and common protocols including SMTP, HTTP/S, S/FTP, IPSEC, SSL/TLS/SSH, LDAP, DNS.
