The Lead Renovator is a goal-oriented self-starter who completes project tasks while leading the onsite team. Working closely with the Project Manager and client, you are a key member who delivers the following:

Responsibilities:

  • Demolition
  • Framing
  • Drywall
  • Painting
  • Trim & Finishes

Compensation:

$60K-80K per year (Full-time employment)
Paid Vacations
Uniform Provided

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Carpentry trade
  • Must have a Basic Tool Set: Drill & Driver, Hand Tools.
  • Valid G license with a clean driver abstract.
  • Residential experience is required.
  • Maintains a neat and presentable appearance at all times.
  • Must be competent in reading blueprints
  • Must be able to understand architectural concepts.
  • Must have deep knowledge of construction methods.
  • Must be able to safely & skillfully complete the following:
  • Demolition
  • Rough Framing
  • Drywall - Board & Tape
  • Painting
  • Finish Trim
  • Millwork

Skills:

  • Strong communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organization, analytical, planning, and administrative skills.
