We’re looking for a Senior Accountantto join our accounting team. Reporting to the Controller, your jobresponsibilities will include the following:
Responsibilities:
- Reconciling insurance company statements
- Reconciling monthly bank statement
- Reconciling inter-company / branch balances
- Generating weekly aged A/R reports, distributing to respectiveproducers and following up on overdue amount
- Analyzing monthly credit card expenses and making relevant entries inthe system (BMS)
- Processing payments (Trust and General account)
- All other duties assigned by the supervisor
- At least six (6) years accounting experience.
- Experience in the insurance brokerage is preferred (notmust)
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Your attention to detail is superb.
- Your time management skills are top notch and yourability to prioritize and meet deadlines is your forte.
