In this role reporting to the Controller, you will be responsible for:

  • Reconciling insurance company statements
  • Reconciling monthly bank statement
  • Reconciling inter-company/branch balances
  • Generating weekly aged A/R reports, following up on overdue amounts
  • Analyzing monthly credit card expenses, processing payments, and other assigned duties
Requirements:
  • Minimum of six (6) years of accounting experience
  • Preferred experience in insurance brokerage
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
