Join our team as a Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis In this role, you will work directly with Senior Leadership to help define financial and operational impacts. Lead monthly department statement review, analytics, and forecasting with the goal to create value through effective operating investments.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Responsible for coordinating the annual budget and forecasting processes as well the monthly reporting package on financial performance.
  • Coaching, and training team members
  • Leading the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management; Responsible for delivering consistent, accurate and timely management information (financial and statistical) for decision making purposes, recognizing the complexity arising from the nature of the business.
  • Leveraging technology solutions to manage large datasets, streamline and standardize reporting across the FYi group.
  • Coordinating with Business Intelligence, Financial Reporting and Operations teams on the development of financial and operational reporting.
  • Responsible for the company’s 5-year financial forecast model, and the Capital Spend reporting process.
  • Developing business relationships with operations, Senior Leadership, and other key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Responsible for more complex projects and advanced analysis with a strong understanding of key business drivers, volumetric data, and their relationship with industry/market trends.
  • Streamlining / reducing inefficiencies of the financial reporting and analytic processes.

As The Successful Candidate, You Have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree with a major in accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Accounting Designation or equivalent relevant education and experience.
  • A Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Financial Analysis role.
  • Experience working with inventory in a retail or health care industry considered an asset.
  • Advanced proficiency in technologically advanced toolsets.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, experience with NetSuite is considered an asset.
  • Attention to detail and highly organized.
