Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and outbound calls
  • Conduct thorough insurance needs assessments and offer suitable coverage options
  • Educate clients on different insurance products and their benefits
  • Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and policy recommendations
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy transactions
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of success in insurance sales or related field (experience in life, health, or property & casualty insurance is preferred)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with insurance quoting systems
