iBwave recrute actuellement un designer UI/UX talentueux pour travailler en collaboration avec son équipe de conception. Dans ce rôle, vous travaillerez avec d'autres concepteurs, développeurs et propriétaires de produits. Votre principale responsabilité sera d'imaginer et de tirer parti de l'interface utilisateur et de l'expérience utilisateur de nos applications.

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un concepteur intermédiaire intelligent et imaginatif pour rejoindre notre équipe créative. Si vous avez l'œil pour le design, une passion pour la création de superbes applications web et un don pour rendre les choses simples, intelligentes et cool, nous aimerions entendre parler de vous. Dans ce rôle, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la transformation des concepts en conceptions et prototypes haute-fidélité. Vous y parviendrez en 1. En contribuant à la promotion de notre marque par le biais d'une conception créative des pages 2. Communiquer des informations précieuses à nos utilisateurs grâce à des conceptions de premier ordre et facilement navigables.

Qualifications (qui vous êtes):

• Un minimum de 3 à 5 ans d'expérience démontrée dans le design UI/UX web et/ou mobile, tel que démontré par votre portfolio, avec une compréhension du design mobile-first et responsive.

• Connaissance approfondie des outils de conception : Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.

• Bonne connaissance des outils de prototypage : Axure, Justinmind, UXPin, Figma ou Adobe XD, etc.

• Créatif et capable de résoudre des problèmes, avec un esprit de solution et une approche axée sur les données.

• Expérience de travail au sein d'équipes dynamiques et de collaboration avec d'autres développeurs et directeurs de la conception.

• Succès dans le travail avec des développeurs frontaux et grande familiarité avec l'utilisation d'inspecteurs de navigateur ainsi qu'une compréhension de base de HTML/CSS.

• Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.

• Diplôme ou formation post-secondaire pertinente un atout. L’expérience sera prise en compte dans les diplômes d’études

• Expérience des méthodologies agiles et du travail au sein d'équipes interfonctionnelles.

Responsabilités (ce que vous ferez):

• Recueillir et évaluer les besoins des utilisateurs en collaboration avec plusieurs départements pour élaborer des conceptions et des retours d'information.

• Créer des prototypes interactifs et partageables dans Figma, qui répondent intelligemment aux exigences du projet, afin d'afficher avec précision le fonctionnement de la page et de tester les solutions de conception.

• S'assurer que les conceptions fonctionnent dans notre système de conception et que les nouveaux composants sont ajoutés à la bibliothèque.

• Documenter les exigences et communiquer efficacement les attentes autour d'une interaction aux équipes techniques en utilisant des flux de tâches, des flux d'écrans et des plans de site.

• S'assurer que les conceptions sont construites et expédiées conformément à la conception, répondre aux questions et apporter des révisions. Cela implique de remplir des tickets dans nos outils de gestion de projet qui décrivent avec précision les exigences de conception.
