We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Industrial Equipment Inventory Coordinator to join our team on a temporary assignment. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment is properly labeled, tracked, and accounted for. Your primary duties will include maintaining a comprehensive inventory of all industrial equipment and machines, recording important details such as serial numbers, locations, and conditions, and working closely with various team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency in equipment management.

Job Title: Equipment Inventory Coordinator

Contract: Temporary (Short Term)

Responsibilities:

· Labeling all equipment with clear and accurate identification tags

· Establishing and maintaining a detailed inventory of all equipment

· Recording important information such as serial numbers, locations, and conditions of equipment

· Coordinating with team members to track equipment movements and updates

· Conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of the equipment inventory

· Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices in equipment management

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in inventory management is a plus

· Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial or construction environment. in a laboratory or research environment

· Excellent organizational and time management skills

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Proficiency in excel using inventory management software or tools

· Good communication and teamwork skills
