Relevant du Gestionnaire, Maintenance des magasins, le/la Technicien(ne) senior,

Maintenance des magasins a pour responsabilité d'assurer le suivi des demandes de travaux de maintenance provenant de tous les magasins à travers le Canada et les États-Unis. Le/la Technicien(ne) devra soutenir les activités de maintenance afin de répondre aux besoins des magasins tout en limitant les impacts sur les opérations quotidiennes et en minimisant les coûts.

Principales responsabilités :

- Aider le personnel en magasin dans la gestion de toute demande et urgence en

matière de maintenance, que ce soit pour le système CVC, l'électricité, la

plomberie, les réparations architecturales, les serrures, le mobilier et les

systèmes de son;

- Lorsque requis, collaborer avec les propriétaires et les gestionnaires des

opérations sur site.

- Traiter les demandes entrantes rapidement et convenablement, et s'assurer que

les activités sont documentées constamment et de façon concise;

- Coordonner la logistique entourant les achats, préparer et approuver les bons

de commande, concilier la facturation appropriée et faire les suivis;

- Venir en aide aux départements internes en ce qui a trait aux différents

initiatives et projets déployés en magasin;

- Résoudre les problèmes en matière de sécurité et répondre aux exigences

établies par le comité de Santé et sécurité;

- Communiquer avec les autres superviseurs, gestionnaires et employés de tous les niveaux pour garantir l'alignement et l'orientation, et partager les informations avec l'équipe de Maintenance des magasins;

- Contrôler et analyser chaque cas, chaque bon de travail et chaque retour

d'information du technicien qui vous est assigné, tout en gérant les coûts;

- Aider les ressources externes pour trouver une solution efficace en temps

opportun;

- Aider le personnel en magasin à diagnostiquer les problèmes/demandes avant

de déployer les ressources nécessaires;

- Faire le suivi du travail en cours jusqu'à sa réalisation complète;

- Être disponible pour les appels d'urgence à l'extérieur des heures de travail

régulières (en rotation avec d'autres membres de l'équipe);

- Effectuer d'autres tâches connexes au besoin.

Qualifications:

- DEC en génie du bâtiment, en architecture, en mécanique ou en administration

des bâtiments;

- Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie du détail;

- Bonne connaissance des méthodes d'acquisition et aptitudes organisationnelles;

- Excellente connaissance d'Excel et de Word;

- Solides aptitudes de coordination des ressources et des activités quotidiennes;

- Aptitudes organisationnelles et analytiques supérieures, avec une capacité à

travailler de manière indépendante;

- Capacité à reconnaître les possibilités d'amélioration, à offrir des suggestions et

à résoudre des problèmes;

- Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités à la fois.

- Être en mesure de prendre des décisions difficiles;

- Vous épanouir dans le changement et avoir un grand sens de l'urgence;

- Défier le statu quo en proposant des idées et des solutions qui ont un impact;

- Établir des partenariats et prioriser la collaboration;

- Présenter l'information de façon concise et efficace;

- Être proactif(ve) et surpasser les attentes par rapport aux résultats.
