Weare searching for an exceptionally talented Vice President,Marketing & Strategy to join our growing team and deliver onour 5 Year Strategic Plan. As a deeply experienced people manager andseasoned technical expert, the Vice President, Marketing & Strategybrings strategic business acumen, an incredible mind for branddevelopment, a relentless drive for results, and an ability to leadthrough our values each and every day.
WhatYou’ll be Doing:
- Lead the Marketing team,including Brand, Insights, and Projects, for the total organization.
- Build and develop a best-in-class Marketing strategy whileleading the delivery of the 5 Year Strategic Plan.
- Overseethe annual Marketing planning process and deliver on Marketing MustWins, Department Plans, and special projects.
- Refine thecustomer experience and evolve the customer journey, providing abest-in-class end to end experience.
- Use analytics, detailedreporting, and competitor benchmarking to uncover strategic gaps andopportunities for enhancing our marketing initiatives.
- Champion and oversee exciting projects including newcommunity rollouts, employee engagement experiences, and the creationof new brands.
- Lead all insights work for new product design.
- Lead all pricing strategies, as well as all productselections within the home.
WhatYou Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor’s degree inMarketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 12+years of progressive Marketing leadership experience across allmarketing functions and disciplines.
- Professional peoplemanagement expertise with an ability to set proper and clear goals todrive results through others.
- A proven passion and ability tolead the strategic planning process and build ready-to-executemarketing strategies.
- Elite business acumen, discernment, anddecision-making capabilities to support redefining competitive andbrand positioning, strengthening market stance, and enhancing brandprestige.
- The ability to think critically with exceptionalproblem-solving skills to analyze complex issues and develop effectivesolutions.
