We are seeking a skilled Intermediate Landscape Estimator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a background in landscape construction and estimating, with the ability to assess project requirements and provide accurate cost estimates.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze project plans and specifications to determine project requirements.
  • Quantify materials and estimate labor and equipment needs for various landscape elements including planting, sod, pavers, asphalt, concrete (curbs, walls, paving), and site furnishings and more.
  • Utilize software such as Bluebeam and B2W for estimating purposes.
  • Review scope of work and contracts upon project award to ensure alignment with estimates.
  • Prepare competitive bids or proposals for landscape projects.
  • Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain quotes and finalize terms.
  • Maintain accurate records of estimates and project-related documentation.
  • Provide support if required to project managers and project coordinators throughout projects.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and landscape construction practices.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in landscape construction and estimating.
  • Proficiency in landscape estimating software, including Bluebeam and B2W, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Knowledge of landscape construction industry practices and standards.

Additional Details:
  • This is an in-office position; remote work is not available.
  • Salary range: $70,000 to $80,000 annually.
  • 2 weeks of vacation per year.
