Job Title: Painter

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at GreenLand Sodding and Landscaping Inc. As a Painter, you will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and sanding surfaces to be painted, repairing cracks and holes, and applying paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and repairing cracks and holes.
  • Mix paint to desired color and texture.
  • Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces.
  • Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls.
  • Advise consumers on colors and choice of wall coverings.
  • Erect scaffolding and swing stages and attach rigging.
  • Estimate costs and materials.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in painting and surface preparation.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Physical stamina to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Work Environment:

As a Painter at GreenLand Sodding and Landscaping Inc, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of experienced professionals. You will be required to work at heights and in confined spaces, and will need to be physically fit to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials.
