Requirements:

  • GlassG license required
  • Drivingwith a trailer: hooking up, loading, unloading, backing up, parking, andsecuring equipment
  • Previoussupervisory experience in a related field
  • Abilityto follow directions
  • Familiaritywith industry-specific tools and equipment (e.g., Zero turn mowers, leafblowers)
  • Strongleadership skills for motivating, delegating, and conflict resolution
  • Prioritizingworker safety and enforcing safety regulations
  • Attentionto detail for accurate and precise work completion
