Job Description:- Provide expert financial guidance to program managers, technical leads, and division/sector leaders.
- Manage critical financial aspects including orders, sales, EBIT, and cash flow.
- Monitor program invoices and cash flow forecasts proactively.
- Establish and track key performance metrics for program costs and schedule variances.
- Conduct detailed analysis of program costs to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure compliance with international financial regulations.
- Utilize expertise in Program Finance and Earned Value Management (EVM) for excellence.
- Fluency in English with proficiency in French.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field with over 10 years of leadership experience.
- Proven proficiency in international financial principles and regulations.
- Experience with SAP ERP system.
