Candidates must have Canadian banking experience MUST HAVE:• 5+ years' experience as an Instructional Designer and Developer• 2 yrs+ evaluation, measurement, or business analysis experience• Experience creating surveys or proficiency assessments• Knowledge of Question Design best practices• Experience with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.2) and testing using Freedom Scientific JAWS Screen Reader• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Advanced MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel & Word) and experience designing engaging virtual materials • Advanced skills developing eLearning and simulations using the Articulate 360 suite of products • Advanced skills developing videos using Vyond • Advanced skills developing assessments and surveys on Qualtrics and LMS
